We met many years ago, at school, and in Madrid, Spain, we have remained friends ever since.

When we started travelling, we were fascinated by the richness of materials and colours in the products we saw. They filled us with energy and conveyed joy and beauty.

How can I know if my order was placed successfully?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number and a summary of the products purchased.


If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours of making your purchase, it is most likely that there was an error in the email address entered. In any case, please contact our Customer Service team through our contact page.


Please note that orders are shipped 1-2 business days after purchase, except for orders placed over the weekend or on holidays. In those cases, orders are processed on the next business day. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification along with the necessary information to track your order.

Orders to Spain usually take 2 to 5 business days to arrive after being shipped.
